What do you love most about your job?
We love the fact that we get to improve the quality of life for all our service users, Giving service users structure and ensuring progress report are kept in order to show improvements and areas which we need to work on to trigger better engagement from service users, working with different professional personnel and institutions for the common goal of service users and seeing improvements from tailored plans for service users.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The thought of assisting people with learning difficulties, disabilities, elderly people with limited access to members of the family, providing jobs for the local community, Having a progressive business with multiple sectors of operation.

We can provide our service online and remotely through the use of software's e.g. Teams, Google meet, Zoom calls, Telephone calls and another means we deem fit for the requirement of the service user.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have integrated safe hygiene practices when working with service users, PPE items such as gloves, hand sanitizers and facemask have now become part of our regular handling practices when dealing with service users who are more prone to contract the virus.

We provide care and support to numerous service users including people with learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, OCD, Challenging behaviour, Companionship.
Prompting, assisting and administering medication
We provide care and assistance in administering scheduled medication routines. We work closely with medical professionals and organisation to ensure all medications are issued on time and accurately.
Helping with bright start to the day
We provide care to enable service users get up in the morning and get active. We ensure service user engages with scheduled activity and introduce communal activities to ensure he remains engaged and builds a better relationship with the community.
