We had a payroll problem that we could not solve. It was very serious. We got through to Mark,one of the Directors , who listen to us for more than 40 minutes and help us solve the problem immediately. He put me onto a Payroll Specialist called Sarah who was able to process the payroll on the same day, even though this is not normal. By doing this, they saved us a lot of money and they even gave us some advice about how to deal with HMRC. Perhaps it is a little perverse, but I love to welcome a new client who has gotten into a bit of a mess, because I know we can put their mind at ease and help guide them through the problem.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business was more than a career shift; it was a leap into a new chapter of my life. Leaving behind my role as a Management Accountant at BT Fleet Services, I found it unexpectedly rewarding helping friends and family with their accounting and bookkeeping needs, slowly building a dedicated client base.
The journey into specializing in payroll was sparked by noticing a recurring need among my clients, leading me to learn more and ultimately qualify in payroll with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
My journey is uniquely shaped by my level-1 autism, which presented challenges, especially in adapting to varied client needs and navigating social interaction, however, it also gave me an extraordinary focus and attention to detail, essential in the world of payroll.
These experiences taught me the importance of understanding and meeting each client's specific needs, crafting a service that's not just about numbers, but about people.
As we move forward, I'm excited to share this journey with you.
