I needed an end of tenancy cleaning and was late in getting organised.
Crystal deep clean responded right away and gave me a fair quote for a job only 3 days away.

I do not recommend Crystal Deel Clean for large end of tenancy cleans. They really let us down. The team who attended were not suitable for the job required. They took 12 hours to do a 4 hour job and the standard was poor so poor our landlord was not satisfied. Arslan as the person running the show should never have assigned the job to them although he did source an alternative cleaner to sort the issues quickly it was an huge waste of time and money for us. Our expectations were not met consistently as we kept being told that it would be 1 more hour and in the end had to do a lot of the finishing touches ourselves. If the cleaning had been to a high standard I would have overlooked the time taken. All in all I’m sure there are much more reliable and professional cleaning services out there which won’t waste your time or stress you out this way. More...

Yet when his fantastic Brazilian cleaners arrived they realised they had much more, each window with shutters etc. ..Arslan called me and he suggested an small increase, totally justified and reasonable. This company came to do a deep clean at my property 12/10/2024. The cleaner used a caustic substance to clean the cooker shelves then left the caustic soaked items on my 2 year old solid oak worktop. They offer 20% discount then call you when cleaners on property saying that it is more than deep clean??? And demanding extra 20% to be paid. They should ask for photos or meet client at property before quoting.

They missed several things like cobwebs, walls, light switches, skirting boards, parts of the floors and mould which I had to keep pointing out even though in the end they had already packed up to leave so I felt I was inconveniencing them from going home so I left things in the end.
