I contacted Crown 46 my 85 year old mum, who has Alzheimers and was undergoing radiotherapy needed care. My mum was really happy with the carers, they even arranged to spend the day with her at extremely short notice and were always there when we needed. Felix, Julianna and the other carers were always so helpful and understanding. They made a difficult time much more bearable. More...

Juliana and Felix were incredibly helpful, patient and empathetic. We were not the easiest of clients as we had to keep changing our requirements but they took all of our changes in their stride and responded quickly.
They were were very good with my parents, both suffering from different levels of dementia, and showed a good understanding of the illness.
They understood our issues very quickly and liaised well with us as a family.
We would recommend them as an agency and use them again if the need arises.
