March 2025 john and his amused Titans team completed this low maintenance and modern garden in worlebury a few wks ago, all ready for this busy family to enjoy.
Replacing and extending the tired old sandstone patio for a new modern 600x900mm bluestone grey porcelain patio to fit a large table on.
Got rid of the old fence and installed a concrete post and gravelboard fence and heavy duty featheredge panels all around for longevity and installed a luxury 38mm artificial lawn for low maintenance.
Finally a corner planter clad with khadla grey wall cladding and some new plants to add a bit of colour.
We could not recommend more for this type of work

My husband and I were recommended creative building/landscaping
We have a new build with a very plain boring mud garden 🙈
Within days this company completely transformed our garden from a non-usable area to a beautiful porcelain slabbed garden with artificial lawn //electrics lights affect and finishing with new fencing
Finally somewhere to entertain our friends and to let the kids

Completed a project in my Detached bungalow
They removed four chimney breast internally made good afterwards
Plastering ,electrics, etc
Also completed some damp proof work that we needed for a damp problem , waste removed
The work completed very professionally ,always on time very tidy ,,
Very good all around company most definitely will have them back in the future

Four weeks ago My friend recommended creative building /roofing
To get some advice regarding our ongoing rising damp /Mould problem at my house
The problem was obvious to identify, however john
Told me about a new enough product that was on the market damp proof rods
The team basically drilled right around the damp course line of my property outside
Inserted rods a couple of inches apart and resealed the holes ,, That was four weeks
The results are amazing
The damp has stopped rising
No more mould also 20 years guaranteed
Highly recommend this process with damp and mould issues , The company is also coming back to make good with my walls inside as part of the package

I’ve had an ongoing leaky roof problem, along with some ridge tiles that needed replaced /also, a lot of Dump
And Cold drafts through my windows etc,, Company boss
John came out personally
Very knowledgeable , told me everything that I’ve already suspect, two days later all the problems were solved,,
