I have used Crawford for the past year or so after being recommended by my neighbour, when I was complaining to him about the cost of fixing a certain issue on my BMW. I had got quotes from 3 other independent garages, and even youtubed the job myself. All confirmed that the job was approx 5-6hrs. When I asked Crawford for a quote and they came back with something like 2-3hrs I thought they must've messed up and was expecting a call on the day to tell me it was taking longer than expected. I had my car back on time and at a fraction of the other quotes! Since then I use used them for everything and never looked back. Super helpful, communication is great, rates are as low, I literally have nothing to complain about. 5 stars all the way. More...

Noticed smoke billowing out of the car when we passed through Harlow on the way to London, and Buster came out quickly to check on the car where we had ended up stopping - a part had broken that meant radiator fluid was leaking. Clutch broke on car which made it inoperable, I messaged Crawford autos and within 5 minutes buster replied but wanted to check it over properly before going ahead with a whole clutch replacement! (Provided me a quote for a new clutch to ensure I would be happy in case it did need a whole new clutch) He went above and beyond messaged him at 12 o’clock he came and had the car recovered in no time! He phoned me to tell me the clutch is okay but it’s the master cylinder for the clutch not the clutch it’s self :D had the car fixed and returned in no time at all,I would highly recommend his services especially if you want someone honest and reliable!
