What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people become the kind of leaders others want to follow and building businesses that thrive because of it.
I love guiding clients to break through the mental blocks, fears, and limiting beliefs that quietly sabotage growth. When we shift the mindset, performance follows—and so does profit.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a client step into their full leadership potential, lead their team with confidence, make bold strategic decisions, and watch the results follow from that work, more money, better work/life balance, and a business that’s not just surviving, but scaling.
Whether it’s helping a founder realign their vision, coaching a senior leader to improve communication and team dynamics, or driving cultural change within a business, this is the reason I do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help business owners make a massive impact for themselves, their families and their communities.
This and a deep belief that real change (personal or professional) starts from within, and most people are far more capable than they’ve ever been told, were what inspired me to start my own business.
After years as a 9-figure CEO navigating high-pressure environments and leading teams through growth and adversity, I realised that the missing link in most businesses wasn’t talent or resources, rather mindset. I have worked with so many brilliant people who second-guess themselves, leaders burn out, and businesses plateau simply because the internal foundation wasn’t strong enough.
I started Craftport because I knew there was a better way. I wanted to combine everything I’d learned—the commercial strategy, the human psychology, the leadership experience—into something that could actually help people unlock their full potential and create sustainable success.
