Great friendly professional service. Gary cut back and topped a very large hedge. Completed in only a few hours and all waste taken away. Very impressed

We needed a large willow tree chopping down and taking away. Gary got in touch very quickly after I'd put my request on Bark and following a few messages back and forth on Whatsapp to confirm what we needed doing, he was able to provide a quote. Once we'd accepted it, he arranged to come over the next week.
Gary and Susan arrived on time and got stuck straight in. They're a really friendly pair and gave us some great advice about another tree which they'd noticed needed some tlc, that we could do ourselves.

Where do I start..!
Gary and Co were just brilliant from the start. Gary was quick to respond and helpful in guiding me through what he needed so that he could make an informed quote. (Me sending ehatsapp videos and pictures to him) Having had outrageous quotes for the work I needed, Gary came in at the right price straight out the gate.

The job wasn't easy, and there was a lot of hedging that needing to be smartened up, and frankly, Gary was exceptional.

On the day Gary was prompt and came with a team of 2 (and a half) 😉 and he got stuck straight in. He and his partner were polite and respectful of my home, garden, and neighbours. Not to mention entertained my lively labrador! They cleaned up after themselves and were honestly wonderful wonderful people.
As a result of his excellent work, he has even secured work from some neighbours on the same road as me!

I will 100% be using Gary and his team again. I couldn't rate the quality, fairness and reasonable price, end results and diligence enough!
Over all Gary was with me from 9.15 till just after 1 ish.

I can't begin to explain the relief I now have, knowing that my Hedges will be maintained by Gary, especially as I am on my own with a large garden.
