I was nervous about councelling having never been before, but my experience with Carole was only positive. She helped me relax in a way that I could never achieve on my own and helped me gain new perspective on my problems.
I found her to be incredibly warm, friendly and insightful and would definately reccomend counselling with Carole to anyone.
