How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The first thing is to look for the available space and then any obstacles in the way, i.e. Gas/Electric Meters, and if they can be moved. In most cases the internal alteration will not require planning permission, however if the customer want the garage door to be replace with a window, then Planning permission will be required, and it can take up to 6 week.

Work: the actual work can take 2/3 weeks depending on what is required. There might be a need for Structural Calculation if a load baring wall is to be removed.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most loft are suitable for conversion, and can be done on building regulations notice. Planning is not required in most cases. The first thing is to assess the access for the staircase, once this is established then the internal planning is easy.

The first stage is to have a face to face meeting with our prospective customers to assess their needs and the site and its limitation. Once we know our customer needs, the we work on the plans and provide an exact costing for the project, this is normally done at the second or third meeting, with further amendments, depending on the project size and complexity. Once the price is agreed, then we agree on mutually convenient start dates and the time scale for completion.

We can work with different styles of designs, or can mix different styles to create a unique bespoke style for our customers.

Our building work comes with a 5 years warranty, the Kitchens we supply comes with 10 years warranty. Most of the plumbing work with 3-6 month warranty.

Either doing internal alterations to make it a usable space or demolish and rebuild, based on our customer's requirements, and as per the site limitations. As each and every project is different, and so is the work.
Garden Office and Store Room
we can either build you a basic garden room for storage, or a high specification room to be used as an office, studio, or kids playroom or even a guest bedroom. The room with be a bespoke design based on your requirements.
Extensions
Each house is different and hence the extension requirements are different. We can either do a simple back garden Kitchen Extension, or can also design, plan and built an entire ground floor open plan extensions with skylights and can also incorporate a side extension as part of the work, based on site location and budget constraints.
