What do you love most about your job?
I love working with a wide variety of people and watching them change over time. It's incredibly rewarding to see individuals develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion. I especially enjoy helping those with anxiety as they gradually learn to quiet their busy minds and shift their focus toward more positive aspects of life. I also find great fulfillment in coaching individuals with ADHD (or ADD), whether diagnosed or suspected, supporting them in navigating the unique challenges that come with their neurodivergent brains. Over time, I see them not only manage difficulties but also recognize and appreciate the strengths that come with their way of thinking. It's truly a privilege when people trust me with their stories, often sharing them for the first time. Witnessing the sense of relief and lightness that comes from unburdening themselves is incredibly meaningful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working privately as a therapist has given me time to focus on developing my practice and to be able to give my clients the time and attention that they need.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I love what I do. I really enjoying building positive relationships with clients and watching them develop over time.
