How long have you been in business?
Cotswold Five Developments are a new company. With this being said we have been in business for over 35 years, eventually deciding to make it a family business this year.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All work is fully guaranteed.
Guarantee is dependant on what work has been carried out.
For example: New roof comes with up to 20 years guarantee whereas a new kitchen would have independent guarantee from manufactures on components but workmanship will be guaranteed by Cotswold Five developments.
What do you love most about your job?
Transforming any project into a clients vision. I take pride in all my projects and customer satisfaction is key so seeing my client happy makes me love what I do all the more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in partnerships for many years and as our family grew we decided to make this a family business.
