I love creating canapes , but I enjoy all aspects of private chef work .
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By liaising with my clients to find out if they are celebrating a particular occassion and then creating menus to their
requests and budget.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a freelance chef for many years , I like the variety of working with different clients,
whether it be arranging the menus , hire equipment , staff etc for larger events or a smaller occassion
