Having had my current grass completely destroyed by 2 Cockapoos, I decided it was time to have artificial grass installed to stop the mud.
Shopping around for quotes was originally a nightmare, being bombarded with calls, voicemails, and emails. However, I then came across Consumer Grass, who were professional, informative, polite, and not at all pushy.
The initial call with Chris to discuss my requirements was painless, followed by a site visit by Chris and Adam. The site was measured up, quoted, and a written quote provided to me for review.
Chris has been honest and transparent throughout the process, which goes a long way with business. The work was booked in for the following week, with all materials arriving on the day/time Chris advised.
The work was completed by Adam, Ash and Tom who were polite throughout. The work was completed in a timely manner and to an extremely high standard. All waste was disposed of and any mess was cleared before the gents finished.

Chris and all the team at Consumer Grass were spot on from start to finish. Chris did a viewing of our decimated lawn on a Saturday morning and got us booked in as soon as possible.
Initially were told mid June which was fine. Chris then rang two days later and advised he could squeeze us in sooner.
Advised a date when supplies and skip would arrive which they did and advised a time when his team would be on-site on the day which they were.
Friendly, professional lads to carry out the work which they got stuck in and got the job done. Even the dog didn’t mind them in his back garden.
The lads did a great job with the install left everywhere clean and tidy and us with a rejuvenated garden.
Effortless communication for start to finish backed up with everything being done and completed when it should of been. Would highly recommend.

We love the look on our customers faces when they see the finished result. Quite often our clients have very tired gardens which have been heavily affected by pets/kids or even things like trees sapping the water away and shading issues. The difference it makes not just visually but from a lifestyle perspective can be huge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw that artificial grass was becoming more and more popular together with the fact the grass quality was improving immensely so we thought why not! It has been the best decision we have ever made.

All gardens are different, we can give rough estimates based on pictures but for an exact quote you will need a visit by one of the team.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The teams have masks which we will wear on request, our team are also trained on vulnerable customers. Hand sanitiser is available should we need to enter the house for any reason. Lastly, we work outdoors so not affected as much as trades that spend their time indoors.
