We’ve been renting an office space within a building owned by Kentspace for the past 14 months, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff, particularly Hannah and Vikki, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their good-natured banter and willingness to go above and beyond make our work environment enjoyable and stress-free. The facilities are always kept clean and well-maintained. The modern toilets and breakaway areas are a testament to their commitment to providing a comfortable workspace. The kitchen is well-equipped and now includes a microwave, which is a great addition. The seating in the kitchen area is comfortable and the open, free-flowing design makes it a pleasant place to relax during breaks. Reception handles our visitors with politeness and ensures they are directed correctly, which reflects well on our company. While finding adequate parking can be a bit tricky with only one reserved spot per office, there is plenty of street parking available. Great storage facility! I've used a number of storage facilities over the years, and this has to be one of the best. It's well located, close to the M2 and M20 motorway, so easy to find and get to. There's plenty of parking, and a lift which has worked every single time. The layout is good, the units bright and well-looked after - I've never seen debris, scuffed walls, etc, that I've seen at other storage centres. 24x7 access is easy, the staff are helpful, and there's a small on-site shop selling all the bits you'd need when moving (boxes, tape, etc). Trolleys are available and plentiful - never had a problem with these, and they're well look after - not had that at other places! Finally, it's worth mentioning how helpful the staff there - you get a full induction to how everything works, where anything you might need is, and they're available for any questions. Even the toilets were spotless! If I ever need storage in the Kent area again, I'd definitely use these guys. More...

Easy to use space. But, I didnt get all of my deposit back, as stated on the paperwork, and by a staff member. I gave correct notice, and didnt use the whole time. I recently visited the Chatham site where Hannah dealt with my requirements , she was very polite and helpful showed me some of the units available which are all clean and well maintained, after being shown around i proceeded to rent out a unit , the process was very easy to go through and any questions that i had was answered with lots of information given, Highly recommend as they are conveniently located near M2 junction 3 and also a very helpful and professional team.

We rented a unit with Kent Space in Chatham for just under a year and a half. Between Nov 2022 and Mar 2024. Due to our growing business we needed a central hub to the area we supply and also a unit in which was 24 hours and assessable to all our team. What do you love most about your job?
We love to make a difference in people's lives and meet all their needs so that they can live happy and independent lives with assistance from our carers. We put the client's wishes first and try to help them to live the life they want to live to the best of their abilities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to give a better service than we saw other agencies providing. One in which we give enough time to the client for their needs and also support our carers to have more time with their clients. We wanted to give a more personalized service where the clients have a good consistency of care and get to know their own individual carers and make a difference in their lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small agency and so we can offer a more consistent package of care where the client gets to know their own individual carers. We have a schedule we can stick to so the client knows when we are coming and for how long and we tailor the package of care to their needs. Being small we can provide a much more personalized service and a Manager is always on hand to deal with any problems or issues that may come up immediately.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our carers wear full PPE and this includes face masks, aprons and gloves.
Domiciliary Care
We provide care in the community. This involves helping clients with personal care, washing and toileting, food preparation, medication, and any other needs around the house. We can also get clients shopping and help them get out and about to the shops or local shopping centres, or restaurants. We tailor each package to the individuals needs.
Live-In Carer
We can provide a live-in carer who lives in the family home and helps the client or clients with their personal care, food preparation, medication, shopping, etc. They are there 24/7 to meet the clients needs and support them in whatever way they require help.
Cleaning
We can also arrange for a cleaner to come in and assist with the housework, washing, ironing, etc.
