I don’t work with Compassion Care but they do provide personal and domestic care for my friends, a couple who I have known for 40+ years. I have Lasting Power of Attorney for my friends and they have asked me to give Sree and the carers a glowing review. Mrs Petto is particularly fond of Rosie who always brings in a cheerful atmosphere with her. The carers are reliable and as an infrequent visitor, I can see that the kitchen and bathroom and bedroom/lounge are looking cleaner and tidier now. What inspired you to start your own business?
My professional experience over that many years . I am an exceptionally motivated individual who has the right blend of dedication, competence and compassion needed to make my patients feel valued, cared for and safe. Fully conversant, and always adheres to, the strictest interpretation of the Nursing Code of Professional Conduct. My carrier is to represent any institution in a professional manner and I will be always role model the appropriate behaviours, values and competencies needed to lead teams professionally and effectively. Can be relied upon to always apply evidence-based knowledge to get results and achieve best practice.

N/A. Looking after people in their own place is to provide care face to face. We can not provide online or remote care. All staff are present at work and provide care depending on clients care plan and needs to make sure the care is person centerated and to be on best interest of the client. All policies and procedures are changed after pandemic
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff following government guide, Infection control policy and all recommended clinical procedure about COVID 19 . Staff received regular training and all are vaccinated . Used all recommended PPE.
