Pool is large and accommodating, if a little chilly, showers and changing rooms on the other hand are about 30°c which is a bit of a contrast! Price good, website rubbish, app ok to use. Annoying one has to give all personal information and register to simply swim twice. Flying double visit to swim while at a construction project. More...

The men's toilet was disgusting tonight. Smelly, no extraction fan, stuff on the floor etc. A shame because I think Fareham is a good centre.

First visit. Nice little learner pool. Could see the splash area but didn't use it. Two concerns. Firstly they have family changing rooms. Would be really nice for a family shower cubicle. It is impossiblee to shower wriggling baby and shower yourself without an extra pair of hands. It's too cold to take it in turns in separate rooms. That's a tip for all leisure centres, not just this one. Secondly, more information in reception, on paper for us oldies. Not just to be told, it's all on the app. Just a swimming timetable. I found the website too intense. More...

The leisure center is a cool place. And the food at the center is really yummy! They use fresh ingredients, and you can get a big meal or just a snack. I went to a gymnastics event there, and it was awesome! The athletes did amazing, and it was so exciting to watch. Overall, the leisure center is awesome. It's got everything you need for a fun day out. I can't wait to go back and try even more stuff! Plenty for parking too More...

If you close at 10pm on a Weekday, then can this please be reflected on your business hours? Both on the front door and google it you're down as shutting at 22:30, but I was turfed out at 22:00

First time visiting today due to our session being cancelled at our usual leisure centre. What a lovely surprise ! Every single member of the team were friendly and welcoming (especially the young girl working at the soft play and the cafe team) Swimming facilities were good. Highlight was the new splash slide in learner pool. We will be back. Thankyou More...

The aircon was not very good in the cardio area. This should be actioned as it makes for uncomfortable high intensity work outs.

Granddaughter went for prebooked swimming lesson only to have to leave straight away. Work requiring a pneumatic drill was being carried out next to teaching pool. Children crying and staff walking about with tissue in their ears including swim teacher. I drove to building and I could hear the drilling noise outside. Must have been awful inside. My daughter was told there would be some 'light intermittent ' drilling. I spoke to Steve (membership manager) who tried to help (thank you). I spoke to Aiden ( operation manager)who my daughter had also spoken to. He told her to make a comment on the 'portal '. No that's where you write about lack of toilet rolls. Aiden did the usual we will look into it and there will be a refund for missed swimming lesson. When I asked if noise levels were monitored at all times whilst work was carried out, he didn't know. He is the operation manager for goodness sake, he should know. Risk assessments? Contacted EHO at FBC who said they had received many complaints about the noise and the case worker was looking at the situation. Where was RYAN GRANT (the construction manager)? Would he be happy to let his children, friends, family be in a building with that level if noise. Oh Aiden did point out the workmen were wearing ear defenders! Glad their ears are OK. More...

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Its massively important as this not only help you lose weight, but also it helps with your energy levels, mood, hormones and also your sleep and wellbeing.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I achieve goals for my clients by listening to what they want and also to why they may feel things have not worked in the past. I focus on attention to detail but also simplicity. Keeping everything simple and easy to follow whilst making sure quality and efficiency is developed with results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is to make goals achievable, in short regular stages but also progressively focusing on going to the next level too.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the changes getting results for clients makes in a life changing aspect.
The domino effect it can create for people’s lifestyles and mental wellbeing especially in the current climate. Everyone has the right to be happy and focusing on exercise and nutrition can be a game changer in making this process happen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before I become a personal trainer in 2011 I was out of work for 6 months and was in a bad place mentally, so I decided to make use of my time and focus on going to the gym and build a plan together so I could see what could be achieved if I put a focus on looking after myself. It turned out to be the best decision I have ever made as in the space of the 6 months I not only transformed my body but also how much more it helped me to be more productive, more happy and also put belief in myself that I could achieve anything if I put my mind to it.
Why should our clients choose you?
From all my experience and also coming 1st place as the National Fitness Awards for the Outstanding Achievement Award, I want any potential clients to know that they are in safe hands to get results, have someone who is dedicated and who will go the extra mile to get them to be where they want to be!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, i have a number of clients who are not only face to face but also i train through facetime or just a consulting basis (without pt sessions but support, check ins and accountabilty)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All equipment is cleaned, outdoor training helps to keep space, but also the focus is the client to keep them safe
