I contacted Colette direct, as a result of her advert and positive reviews from happy customers. She called me back and we arranged for her to do an initial deep clean of my home. I found Colette to be someone who loves her job, is very conscientious and hard working and completes each task with great attention to detail. Colette called me in response to my advert on Bark. She came across very well on the phone. She was very warm and friendly. I asked her if she could come and clean my 3 bed 3 bath semi. She came 3 days later and explained that she usually cleans upstairs first. I left her to it and continued my day working from home. Whilst cleaning my ensuite Colette advised me that my house would benefit from a deep clean and she explained the difference between a deep clean and standard clean. I called my partner and we agreed to go ahead with a deep clean. Colette called her colleague to come and help her out as the deep clean would take much longer than anticipated and she appreciated that I would want my house back sooner rather than later. After each room was complete Colette would invite me to come and have a look. I was extremely impressed with the standard of cleaning and have asked her to now do a regular clean for my semi every 2 weeks. If I could give her 6 stars I would but sadly I can’t. Instead, I invited Colette and her colleague to do a deep clean for another residential property however this was outside Wigan. I offered to pay her petrol as it was 45 mins away. Colette agreed and 3 days later my other property was deep cleaned to the same high standard. Colette takes great pride in her work and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great cleaner.
