Six months ago, the thought of walking into a gym terrified me. But osteoporosis was giving me quite a lot of pain and I was advised to try resistance training.
Luckily I found Chloe! She has been amazing at showing me how to improve my strength and mobility and I now feel so much healthier, stronger and pain free. Chloe is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors every session to suit your personal goals.
Her enthusiasm is infectious. She has given me so much confidence in my ability to be a fitter version of myself. Training with her is challenging and great fun. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’m pain free now but love going each week. My strength has improved so much!
