We had Craig and Andy fit air conditioning to our house and detached garage today. Can’t fault the lads. We had a very quick response from CLW Heating who turned up when they said they would, they were punctual and professional throughout. Craig's knowledge and expertise insured we had the right unit fitted and positioned to maximise the effectiveness whilst also aesthetically pleasing. We recently had the pleasure of working with Craig and his team from CLW Heating Ltd, after our commercial heating system broke and we were left with no heating throughout out showroom in the middle of winter. After contacting several commercial heating companies and being let down by them, some for failing to attend their initial appointment for a site survey, some just never returning back to us with a quotation and eventually when we did find a company that we awarded the work to, they failed to attend on the agreed start date. When we messaged them to see when they would be commencing work, we were told "Hi I'll let you know when I can get it done I can't be telling you for definite yet. If you need it desperately maybe ask the other guy who was quoting". We were shocked at the lack of professionalism we received from the companies we had contacted, until we were recommended to Craig at CLW Heating Ltd and the service was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we contacted them, the communication was clear and prompt. Craig arrived exactly on time for the site survey and conducted a thorough assessment of our needs for our new heating system for our showroom. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did he identify and resolve the issues we would face with the heating system, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we understood the problem and the solution. What truly stood out to us about Craig and the team; were their commitment to ensuring the work was carried out safely, cleanly and as quickly and efficently as possible, ensuring the least amount of disruption to the store. Our boiler stopped working so Craig came to our rescue. He was very honest about what needed to happen for safety and about the cost, he kept us updated and we decided to actually bite the bullet and get a new boiler. From breaking on Friday to the new one being installed and on the go by Sunday was amazing! We booked Craig after he had been recommended by my sister. We wanted him to do a service and to see if he could find why our boiler kept shutting off. On inspection he found the problem pretty quickly but had to order parts to rectify, which we expected. When he showed us pics of our boiler, having been serviced regularly, the last one in dec 23, to say we were shocked is understatement! When the parts arrived Craig stripped down our boiler, fitted the parts required and also fitted a nest thermostat. We are very happy with the service provided and will definitely be using him again. Craig came originally to sort a problem after my new boiler was fitted. Within minute he knew what the issue was and proceeded to rectify it. Whilst at my house I asked him about fitting a Google nest thermostat which he quoted me for that evening. Agreed the price, he arrived early on the day and did all that was necessary, ( my original 21yr old pump was leaking, noisy and non compatible, which he also quoted for). Craig fitted a new boiler in my loft, to replace my 20 year old boiler that had finally given up the ghost. Carpets were protected and there was no mess once he'd left. He removed the old boiler and took it away, the pipework needed changing round as the new boiler had the pipes in a different order, you really can't tell and the pipework looks like it was plumbed for the new boiler from day one. All pipework is straight and all clipped in place and out of the way. He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (some relevant and some probably not so much). I wouldn't hesitate to have him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing a boiler fitting. The whole removal and fitting of the new boiler went seamlessly from start to finish. 10/10.
