Cleaner came we gave them a checklist to follow which was submitted on message which staff made sure the cleaner got as we were away at the time and gave them access to entry with the key lock outside but i must say this Cleaning company was very professional in handling instructions i am quit difficult we had a one time charge and then became regulars with the discounted price they give to there regulars im very much pleased with the service provided.

Excellent service provided was very quick on replying and they was very professional in cleaning the process was quit easy and also the price very reasonable as now will be a regular which the price is discounted for that purpose

They didn’t know how to deep clean and I had to tell them how to do it. They didn’t have any cleaning product and I provided with everything! They were very slow and spent a lot of time on the phone then had the audacity to call their boss to leave without completing the bedrooms as requested. Even charged more for purposely delaying the task and not knowing how to do the tasks. They both were harassing and threatening me with the police if I didn’t pay! When I did not refuse to pay and gave constructive criticism to train their stuff how to clean properly.I was more than happy to involve the police and even asked to speak to the police as the boss said the police was on the other line obviously he was lying and making false accusations. After threatening me they expect me not to express my frustration in my own home! They thought it was okay to take advantage and abuse me because I was a vulnerable person. I have a disability and illnesses. They continued to harass me after they left with messages after messages of accusations and threats when I have told them to stop- all the messages seem pre-written in other words, they have planned this whole thing and it is clear this has happened before. It was horrific how they treated me and it is clear this company is a scam. After all of this I had to pay £88 for few hours and got abused throughout! All my relatives have only arrived right after they left and were extremely appalled to see me in the poor state! I have made a report to the police incase they proceed to harass me. More...

The lady that came to clean was very kind and professional however the company was not professional at all. I did not find their pricing clear at all and I feel I was misled and overcharged. It’s a shame because after spending 60 pounds instead of the expected 42 , I still need to find a cleaner for the next time. More...

Be very aware when using these guys that a Deep Clean doesn’t mean anything if you don’t specify everything and anything.
Missed a door and a frame and a floor was poor but as I didn’t specify a checklist they want to charge even when so obvious it’s a general mistake of missing a section which can happen, but attitude to send someone to rectify was to recharge More...

really good clean although i wish i booked for much longer! kitchen took an hour, bathroom took an hour, i would have liked a quick hoover and mop too but i guess they only do an hour per room so next time i will have to hire for longer- bathroom and kitchen are spotless though!

I called to ask for their services and instead of being asked about my flat, the first question was "what is your ethnicity? " (I have a Spanish speaker's accent). Cleaner used the wrong product (despite me telling her not to) and left streaks EVERYWHERE.

Cleaning was great, the mess was really bad but she cleaned it so well! Comparing it to other companies, the prices are very reasonable too! Definitely recommend it’s a 10/10.
