Absolutely incredible service from Dave. He got in touch after I posted my job and straight away I was impressed with the knowledge he gave. I sent some details over and he came back with a solution and a price. I agreed and he came and collected the laptop from my home and originally told me it would take around 4-5 days (which I was happy). The next day I got a message to say it was fixed and then it was delivered back to me the following day. Impeccable service, great price and very quick. Totally incompetent, providing more lies than constructive advice. Failed to rectify the problem and gave wrong statements to indicate their ability! The conclusion to the sad saga, after a month of cogitation, is still to be explained with , so far, no reason being given for their incompetence, just pay out £50.00 and no further communication.....a disgrace!!!! Mr Aldridge locked the Hotmail/Outlook e-mail account with too many attempted logins, we reverted to the recovery method and discovered the details were an old phone number not in use and no alternative e-mail address had been set up. We tried other methods and contacted Microsoft several times, which was unsuccessful. We send our apologies to Mr Aldridge as we could not help, his details on the Hotmail/Outlook account were out of date and incomplete thus access was denied. David came the day after I had spoken to him about a number of problems I was having with my Lenovo laptop. He came on Good Friday and spent about three hours working on the problems I was having. He respected the fact that I am the "wrong age" for all this hi tech stuff and showed great knowledge and expertise whilst working.
