Excellent experience of working with Click2engage. It was a really tough project. Working from particularly poor and patchy German voice recordings, they made transcriptions into German and also provided English transcripts along side, giving time indication so could if needed check back to the recording. Gave prompt reaction to my weekend enquiry: they rang me at 8.20 am on the Monday morning. Sent me the finished product by email at 10.50 pm on the Thursday evening. Friday morning would have been fine as promised, but their going to extra trouble to get it to me late Thursday was hugely appreciated. 10/10 for Amarita’s personal attention throughout. Thoroughly recommended. A professional serious business. Not to be confused with the sort of anonymous transcription services that are internet amateurs, who would in any event have failed to make anything out from the poor quality recordings. More...
