I had 4 windows fitted by Clear Choice last week. Excellent service for start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend. James was very professional and easy to talk to. Great communication and great quality of the product. Fitters wre friendly and experienced, completed the job in few hours, leaving the place very neat and tidy. First point of contact was James who was so polite and easy to talk to. After explaining what I wanted which was slightly different to the norm! , He worked hard to get everything asked for at a good price too. The front door and side lights look amazing as do the two kitchen windows. Terry& Dave (hard working and clean and tidy) very experienced fitters did a fab job of fitting. My experience with Clear Choice was a very positive one. I am very satisfied with the back & front doors I purchased. The doors are beautiful, they make a real difference to the curb appeal of my house. Having before got many unfavourable quotes from other companies I know Clear Choice is good value for money. The customer service from Ben was excellent, no hard sell, no hidden extras & plenty of choice. I knew exactly what I was purchasing at the price quoted. We wanted our bathroom window reducing in size we had tried for months to get someone to come and assess the work, then we found clear choice, there salesman James came out to look at the job we told him what we wanted he assessed the job discussed with us what options they could do, once we decided on the final work James gave us a price which a wasn't that much different from what I had come up with and doing my own research we agreed on price, the work has just been completed and we are very pleased with the result, the two workmen were extremely helpful and professional, I will have no hesitation on recommending clear choice

Never used this company before got it from the internet. From the first meeting with the sales man things went well prices we're competitive they we're pleasant no hard sell. When We're given an installation date then this was brought forward which was very pleasing the 2 fitters arrived and completed the job in 2 days and did a wonderful job. Had my windows, front-door,& patio doors installed by Clear Choice. Though a bit pricey, had to haggle. However the installers worked non-stop were very clean & efficient. Superb job from start to finish. Just had Terry and Dave install our conservatory and cant thank the whole team enough for their caring and profesional service. Asked them to move the original door and cut a french door into a new position. All done with no problem the brick work looks really good. Really pleased with the new insulated roof and sun burst window that they recommended. Job done in a week, the new conservatory looks stunning. Recently had all my windows and doors replaced by Clear Choice and am thrilled with the end result. The work carried out from beginning to end was excellent. I can’t thank the scaffolding team or the fitters (especially Dan and Lee) enough. The back door proved particularly troublesome (down to the shape of the walls) but the fitters would not leave until it hung properly and we have had no trouble with it at all. We arranged for Clear Choice to replace our old soffits and facia's. The job should have been straight forward but on the first day there were problems on one side of the house, we called the office and Ben and Ian came out immediately to check the work. What could have turned out to be a disaster was quickly picked up and turned around by their team. The guys sorted out the issue and made a fantastic job. We've had a few bad experiences in the past with tradesmen, but I've got nothing but respect for these guys and would definitely call on them again if the need arises. We had a top quality service from James and his team. One door and bespoke frame made. We spoke to many providers but James is person centred approach was refreshing. The whole team gave us so much time and support. The process they used was smooth and I felt valued as a customer. Some companies we got quotes from sent part time surveyors and salesmen , with clear choice home improvements they were much more skilled and , very knowledgeable and put us at ease straight away. The finished product is incredible and pricing reasonable. Would like to thank all involved for a lovely customer experience. It’s rare for a business to always make you feel like they will go the extra mile and appreciated. I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I've got to say this company really deserves it. After being given a ridiculous quote elsewhere I was ready to give up and try it myself. However these guys were awesome. Original quotation was straight to the point rather than a 3 hour long sales pitch (like the other company). Price was reasonable so I went for it. Turn around was pretty quick and the chaps who came to fit were amazing. Didn't catch their names unfortunately but I wish I had as they definitely deserve a shout out. They were tidy with dust sheets down everywhere, quick and attentive to getting a good finish. You can tell these guys had a lot of experience and were friendly too which is a nice change from the norm. They truly went above and beyond. They also took away the old windows and doors from both my houses. Payment was pain free too and not pushy. I work away a lot and they worked everything around me. I'll definitely be using this company again in the future and highly recommend. Also, don't forget to tip your fitters 😉 , their work deserves it. More...

Waiting on insulation date to be arranged. Rating issued to Ben (sales manager) additional ratings to be issued on completion.

Homesafe are very prompt, do things when they said they would and are very fair with the customer. I have booked a conservatory installation for September.

The job hasn't been completed yet as only just agreed a price. But he was very friendly and had lots of choice of doors to look through and i believe he has given me a good price for a new front door and window.
