Excellent service in getting a cleaner to me she starts next Monday so will let you know result.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business just over 12 years - we started in April 2010.
Despite starting in the middle of the credit crunch recession, our business grew to it's current size within 2 years of starting the business. We decided to keep it at this size so that we can continue to offer the most personal service to our clients.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We have find that the vast majority of our clients prefer us to use their own equipment and products as they know which ones work on their surfaces and floors and also whether any of their family is allergic to any products. This also makes them eligible for our accidental damage insurance up to £2m
What do you love most about your job?
The different people we work with and the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping someone organise and run their life a little better - and helping them have more time to spend with family and friends, rather than doing chores!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Not being able to find the kind of service that I needed when I was looking for my own cleaner!
I was looking for a local cleaner who I could get to know and could get to know us - but where there was back up or a little 'distance' should I ever need it.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a professional, friendly, personal local service and both myself, Hannah and David will do our very best to ensure that you get the best possible service and that you are happy with our service!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We adhere to any/all government guidelines on social distancing in a domestic cleaning environment.
