Hello Jeevitha. We offered a re clean policy but I'm sorry the landlord didn't want to utilise it. The areas that were pointed out, however, are hard to treat as the stains was ingrained in the material. We can still send a cleaning specialist to take a look and give the areas the appropriate treatment.
