I don’t normally leave reviews but I Have to agree with previous review. I requested all carpets were cleaned. Only one room was, not very well, surface left dirty, carpet left with a stain that wasn’t there before! Dust on carpets in corners of rooms after a professional clean? Wouldn't recommend More...

House Cleaning
I never leave reviews but was so disappointed I feel I have to. I asked for a deep clean of my house which was not done at all, no floors were hoovered or washed, no furniture moved only room done in 6 hours was the bathroom which was only the shower area and the downstairs glass doors in living room were cleaned and she said she said she cleaned the shutters but I’m not sure. For £190 and 6 hours hours this was was very disappointing. She was a very sweet lady but cleaning not up to scratch no refund or part refund offered or offering to come back out!! Only offered to move 3 units while she is paid to be here on a weekly clean which is not good enough. Im sorry to say I’m so upset I spent so much money and very disappointed. More...
