Sonya has very good communication skills which came across on the initial phone call when describing the jobs to be done and taking in the detail. She then proved to be very reliable, arriving on time and overall showing great honesty in all aspects of her work. She covered the cleaning of the Flat in a very thorough way and as it was an end of tenancy clean, it was looking great for the new tenants to move in to. The cleaning of the carpets with her machine deserves a special mention, as the carpets came out amazing after what was probably a few years of ingrained dirt in them, so this additional aspect of her work is really worth considering. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Asked us to pay £525 up front, arrived 1 hour late on the job.
Refused to do the job as we couldn’t give her a set of keys which I only had 1 off.
Started screaming and drove off.
Promised she would give me a refund on the day, then changed it to 3 working days, then to 5 working days
After 6 days still not received tried to mediate and refuses to pay.
We have actioned a county court summons
Stay away if you don’t want to get scammed!

Clean Giant did a very thorough job of the cleaning the flat including a deep clean of the carpet and oven. Really clear in their communication and very well equipped for the task at hand. Would absolutely use again.
