I am a independent cleaner with over 15 years experience in domestic and commercial cleaning. Customer satisfaction is my main goal. Over the years I have learnt that there is a need and want for independent cleaners as not all customers feel comfortable with a team of different cleaners in there home or bussiness, this is why I started Clean and Rosie.

How long have you been in business?
1 year, but I have 15yrs experience in domestic and commercial cleaning. I have ran a business before and I have been supervisor numerous times over the years. I have worked in large companies and small businesses but I most enjoy running my own because I have very high standards and my own way of cleaning. I like the results a customer gets each clean when it is one person on a job and I feel alot of customer's also like one on one cleaning in there home so that's why I started clean and rosie to fill a gap in the market.I feel is being missed at the moment and alot of companies are not able to meet customer satisfaction.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
As we all know:
Bathrooms and kitchens are the things home owners pay most for in a property.
So let Clean and Rosie clean and maintain the biggest invest in your home with a regular clean.
What do you love most about your job?
I find cleaning very distressing, so I enjoy my job which shows in my keen attention to detail. Deep Cleans are my favourite. I take pride in my cleaning and deep cleans show the best results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for others, I wanted to offer a service were just one cleaner and always the same one cleans a customer's home. As I feel bigger companies lose track of customer needs trying to rush and fit as many as they can in. I feel customer satisfaction and privacy is most important. This is why I don't take loads of photos of someone's home and never before and after photos for advertisement. If a customer is happy with my work then word of mouth will be in customer's.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very experienced, I believe in discretion. Have a great eye for detail and customer experience is very important. I feel I'm ethical and reliable which is key.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use coloured coded cloth and mop scheme's to reduce cross contamination.
