How long have you been in business?
3 years in the cleaning business but I also have a holidays home letting business which I have had for 12 years, simultaneously I have been a foster carer for 26yrs now retired. All my staff are Enhanced DBS checked as we also clean schools, care homes & vulnerable adults
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes Vacuums, Steam Cleaners & Host Dry Carpet Cleaner ( dry carpet cleaning sponges are charged extra approx. £10-£20 per carpet clean)
We also bring all products required.
What do you love most about your job?
ECO hypoallergenic steam only service is available and very popular.
Covid-19 dry steam cleaning of mattresses, duvets, pillows for holiday accommodation providers, meeting all current government guidelines
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been running my holiday home business for 9 years and just as I trained the cleaners to clean to my standards the season was over and I had to start again the following year, so I started the cleaning business to fulfil the jobs of my other business Family Holidays Blackpool Ltd which trades mostly Mar-Nov
Why should our clients choose you?
I expect my staff to work to a very high standard. We are competitively priced whilst ensuring all our staff are fully insured, EDBS checked, uniformed and provided with the correct PPE for the jobs.
We have deep cleaned large care homes & schools - 1 bed studio flats, end of tenancy, new builds, offices, showrooms, private houses, holiday home change overs, hotels, guest houses, bereavement house clean, dress property for estate agent photos etc
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Cleaning staff are allowed to work during lock down, however we have taken the following steps to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, all staff take a weekly No Symptoms Covid-19 test and follow all the current guideline while working.
Staff no longer come to the office, they go directly to their allocated jobs and stay in the same team of 2 bubble, once they complete their work they go straight home and stay home until their next job. All PPE is supplied and compulsory

all tiles in kitchen/bathrooms, bath/shower screens & chrome fittings, steam clean W.C and all hard floors, carpets can be dry cleaned or steamed as required. all hall, stairs & landings, plus inside and outside of the front door / porch
