Excellent 3 course hot buffet was provided by Claudia's kitchen for our Christmas party. The set up and service was first class and the food was absolutely delicious. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

WoW the food was outstanding alongside the professional service they delivered, that Jerk Chicken has been the best I’ve tasted so far and that Curry Goat and rice would most definitely use them again

BBQ Jerk Chicken is marinated overnight in our range of spices cooked that can be oven baked or on the grill paste with our very own Award Winning Jerk & Sweet Chilli Sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Selecting the finest ingredients, find out what the clients want, and let our craft work to create delicious put together menu at a cost they can afford.
What do you love most about your job?
Love creating delicious food and looking to add to my portfolio Food Styling presentation so the food looks and presentation are outstanding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Started watching my grand mother and mother learnt from a very early age. Love working with flavours and travelling sourcing ingredients, and just love creating great tasting food and elevating to a next level.
