How long have you been in business?
After setting up and running a successful company with a former business partner after a difference of opinion of how customers and staff were treated, Clarks was set up in October 2021.
The staff working for the previous company were more than happy to come over and start a new exciting journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The opportunity to be flexible and actually listen to the customers requirements by putting them first rather than just trying to achieve company sales targets.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our cleaners are looking to build long term relationships with their own personal client base, where they can deliver an excellent on going service. With no contract, we want our customers with us because of the quality or work and attitude of our cleaners who are always willing to do that little bit extra.
We do not have a set method on how the cleaning should be done as each individual and house has different requirements.
We will ask that you supply your own cleaning materials as the preference of these also changes depending on what the customer wants, however our cleaners are always more than happy to do the shopping of these for you.
