I recently hired CJT Building & Maintenance to lay new turf and soil in my back garden, as well as to handle weeding, install a protective layer, and scrape and tidy up the front garden.

From the very start, CJT were professional, courteous and tidy.
They turned up exactly when promised and did the job within programmed time despite the bad weather.
The task was to repair an old flat roof that was worn and leaking.
CJT installed new plywood, EPDM rubber membrane and cut it in to the tiled roof of the main house.
The roof looks much neater now and most important, the leak was repaired and is leak free.
I would definitely recommend CJT

For many years we just had a dull Victorian courtyard and wanted to transform it into a nice space to sit in the summer months.
We asked CJT Building & Maintenance to come up with a design and quote which we accepted.
The work was started promptly to a very high standard and completed in the agreed time, and we very pleased with the end result, which included installation of artificial grass fencing patio slabs and drainage.
We would not hesitate to recommended CJT Building & Maintence and have since used his services again to replace gutters and downpipes at the front of the property.
Another family member also used CJT to replace gutters and downpipes and facia boards to the rear of their property again to a very high standard.
