Domiciliary Care Service
City Care Providers (CCPs) specialises in live-in person-centred care services including Personal Support in Supported Living Services/ accommodation. The scope of our service includes dementia care, personal care, respite and support for physical disabilities and mental health conditions for adults under or over 65 years.
We provide home care and support that is safe and comfortable, giving an opportunity to our service users to live independent lives in their own homes.
We offer a 24/7 live-in care service that is tailor-made to suit service-user needs and individual preferences. Our quality domiciliary service provided by skilled and workers compassionate workers addresses all the needs of service users.
Night Care and Waking Night Support
Our care and support staff are properly trained and have acquired requisite knowledge, skills and competences to deliver the desired service. Service needs assessment and service-users’ lifestyle will determine how we craft best packages to support service users’ needs and care.
Live-in-Care Service
Our night care assistants sleep at the property for a minimum of eight hours during the night. Even if they are off the site, they can be called at any time to address any unforeseen incidence.
When you do not require regular support but feel uncomfortable when left alone throughout the night we offer you best service to address issues of sleep deprivation and anxieties. Quite often, this is the case when service users have the need for companionship and support.

Promoting Independence at Home
Our services provide for maintenance of good mental and physical fitness at any age. We make sure a dedicated support worker attends to your needs and helps you to live an independent lifestyle so that you are able to participate in local physical activities. You will be supported in making simple exercises in your home.
Among others, our daily routines include: -
• preparing meals - breakfast, lunch and serving drinks and helping with eating and drinking
• picking up prescriptions, servicing or prompting to take prescribed medication
• help and support with toileting and using continence aids
• washing, dressing, bathing and helping when preparing to sleep
• helping with managing money and payment of bills as per recommendations of family or guardian recommendations and helping with health-related tasks according to medical practitioners or community nurses recommendations
• companionship care and general supervision
• maintaining personal appearance and hygiene such as teeth brushing
• helping and supporting with toileting and using continence aids
• helping with eating and drinking routines
• shopping – going out shopping with service user or on their behalf
• collection of prescriptions and also helping with collections of pensions
• helping with getting out of bed in the morning
• servicing or prompting to take prescribed medication
• social interactions - getting out of the house and meeting friends
• helping with getting settled for the evening and going to bed
