Therapist

Chris is great at what he does! A fantastic listener with many years of experience which have help shape his expertise. Would highly recommend!

Q&As

It's the determination and bravery of my clients. It's about energy. A person beginning in therapy may be feeling helpless and down, but I find we build a momentum which can change everything.

There's a need for therapy which isn't catered for by the NHS. Especially to men. This therapy really allows time to define and begin to meet your needs.

Wide experience of adult clients of all backgrounds. Twenty five years as a professional. Easy transport access, close to Camden Town and Chalk Farm tubes, and a lovely walk up Regents Park between central London and me.

Services

We work on challenges, choices and development of self. This covers any and all important areas of your life. It is useful if you are at a turning point due a loss or a gain. Open-ended work, usually weekly sessions

Here we work on a specific issue or challenge such as a change of job, a member of your family or a colleague, or a specific anxiety. We may decide to work weekly for example for six or ten weeks.

We consider your mood once or twice a month over a six month period. This allows for time between sessions for you to write a journal about the process, and to think creatively about your life.
There is evidence that writing in itself raises mood.
