The whole experience! From the moment you walk into the clinic, you just know you are in the hands of professionals. Rani is so friendly and welcoming, she puts your mind at rest immediately allaying any doubts or fears you may have. Funmi’s smile is perhaps the best treatment you will ever receive! Her skill at putting you at your ease is second to none. She has looked after my feet and my husband’s feet for some time now, and we would both highly recommend her. My husband in particular had a nasty ingrown toenail on his big toe. Funmi operated on it and has had absolutely no problems since. She thoroughly explained the procedure and it was really painless. I had been suffering from extremely painful heal pain to the point where I couldn't walk. It was particularly painful first thing in the morning. I needed to get literally "back on my feet" for work and contacted ChilternWellbeing. Everything from booking in to being made to feel at ease was fantastic and so reassuring. I was seen by wonderful Funmi and given 2 laser treatments plus stretching exercises. It really has worked wonders. I'm sure the Dr's would have just given pain medication and told to rest. The lasers both reduced my pain and put my feet into turbo repair mode ! I've booked 2 more lasers treatments to make sure I give my feet every chance to get through a very busy few months at work. My son had an ingrown toenail which was causing him pain, I rang and Funmi got him in the next day and was so gentle and calming, I could not have asked for a better experience for my 12 year old.
