I recently had my house cleaned by Cheshire Fresh, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team arrived right on time, came fully prepared, and got to work immediately.
They paid attention to every detail from spotless kitchen counters to perfectly vacuumed carpets and sparkling bathrooms.

Was supposed to be a deep clean. The standard of clean was well below what I would expect from a general weekly clean. Cobwebs left around the house and grime left around the shower

Hello Ross I did say that we would come back to remove the cobwebs and wipe the corner of your shower but this was declined by yourself. We scrubbed your home for 5 hours on the day and I'm really sorry you are not happy with the service you had Unfortunately your home was really dusty and with having dogs and cats there was a lot of hair to remove. We cleaned in 5 hours W.c Kitchen Hall stairs landing Living room Dinning room Office Bathroom 2 x bedroom Ensuite Utility A deep clean should remove all cobwebs and these were missed for that I truly apologise and I did want to make it right. To not pay our invoice for the 5 hours worked is not fair on me or my staff. I wish you all the luck in finding a cleaner that meets your expectations
