What do you love most about your job?
Good outcome results and making sure I do my best to promote our communities, I also do love helping and understanding what other people are going through and if possible listening to their concerns and involving other professionals
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has been in the family and my dad used to tell us that business is the only way to freedom because if you have passion for it you don't need to be supervised, it is your responsibility to make sure things are going well and it has no timing, you can wake up at night and do what needs to be done without limit, I did want to make sure some things that I have seen not working in other areas I will not allow them in my jobs such as discrimination and undermining of other people, i want a change, i love to see achievements and people happily looked after
Why should our clients choose you?
Professionalism and skills and experience, I like going extra miles and making great changes in the people who we support and changing fairly and doing the right thing.
Keeping time and communication due to some circumstances, I like cleanliness and good order and I do some covering shifts myself to show my time that we are all the same and we are team .

In future we can do the service online depending on the the upcoming technology and we still do with the staff from different geographical location and communication skills is very important as well as quicker
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Taking precautions and using the protection PPE, musks and washing hands after and before taking any assignments or personal care and protecting everyone and the whole community, staff are reminded about the importance of being vigilant and training and mandatory on the protection of vulnerable people and everyone else
