My name is Andrew Mansion and I run Cheltenham Wills. We deal with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and pre-paid funeral plans. We are part of Cheltenham Independent Financial Advisers.

The benefits of using us to arrange a will, rather than a solicitor, is that we can also provide advice on any pensions or life insurance you might have, and how best to arrange these so that they can reach your beneficiaries quickly, and without being subject to Inheritance Tax and Probate charges. Normally, this can be done at no extra cost to you.

Our first appointment is always free and without obligation. When you book an appointment, we provide you with a pre-visit form that details the things that you need to consider when making a will, so that when we meet we're both well prepared.

We work on a two or three meeting basis;

Firstly we can meet at our office in central Cheltenham (or at your home if you prefer) to take your will instructions;

We produce a draft and we can meet again at this point to discuss any amendments you require, or simply sort these out by email;

Finally, we meet again with the final copy, and we can provide witnesses for the testation.
