Absolutely amazing! Dean recently catered for our wedding and everything was perfect! I am allergic to gluten, dairy, egg, soya, sulphites, basil and alliums - which means I’m not the easiest person to cater for and I could eat everything! Dean and Victoria produced a magnificent gala dinner for 24 people on Saturday night followed by Sunday evening dinner for us last weekend. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh with a different take on several dishes which were exceptionally well presented and so TASTY!! To know such a professional organised local chef is just perfect. I’m not usually one for reviews but I felt this was well deserved! Dean and Victoria catered for our intimate wedding recently and we were blown away! Absolutely everything was perfect from the moment we contacted them. They personalised our menu specially for us, were reasonably priced, professional, friendly and the food was absolutely STUNNING!! It honestly made the day for us! Being foody people we were worried who to choose but shouldn’t have been as were so impressed. What’s your signature dish?
Thats a tricky one, we particularly love to work with seasonal and local food. One of our current favourites is the pressed lamb shoulder followed by textures of raspberries and chocolate which comes with chocolate soil and a warm raspberry mousse.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always like to meet our clients or chat on the phone so we can establish exactly what they want and create a menu accordingly.
What do you love most about your job?
Its hard work but it is made worth it when you see peoples faces when we bring the wow factor to the table and you cant beat the feeling of making people happy with food
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were fed up working for other people and feeling frustrated knowing we could do it better ourselves so we did!
