I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Studio Charrette. My wife and I initially booked an appointment with one of their solicitors, which was rescheduled twice without proper explanation.
For the final appointment, scheduled on Tuesday, December 10, at 10:00 AM via Zoom, the solicitor failed to attend without any notice or follow-up.
Following this, we requested a refund, which they agreed to process. However, despite sending 28 emails and making over 7 phone calls, we are still waiting for the refund. Each time we contacted them, we were told the refund would be processed soon, only to be connected to another person who repeated the same promises without any resolution. On January 1, 2025, they even stated via email that the refund would be processed within five working days, yet no action has been taken.
This lack of professionalism, repeated delays, and unresponsiveness are completely unacceptable. Their behavior has left us questioning their reliability and integrity as a service provider. I would strongly discourage others from engaging with Studio Charrette, as they do not honor their commitments and have caused us unnecessary stress and frustration.
