I was contacted immediately by Charles Shaw personally and we agreed a price and a starting time. The work was started by one of Charles' men who advised lowering the wall to ground level and then rebuilding it using most of the existing stones plus about 3 more larger one's to tie it together. The work was competed in 3 days and for the original price. A very satisfactory operation which attracted several passers-bye to made good favourable comments on the quality of the work. He made 2 appointments but never shown to either. He got in touch 30 mins after the first one to say he had run out of time for that day. I made the second appointment and he again said could he change it again that was 20mins after he should have arrived. So sorry didn't get a 3rd chance. I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING him. More...
