Brilliant, I had CGA Design and Build, design my HMO property and they did a brilliant job of it, my HMO was complicated as we wanted 6 en-suites and having to comply with the regulations they managed to do this in brilliant way, communication with was brilliant, as I don’t know much about property or HMO, they advised me every step of the way. Property Extensions
Would definitely recommend Ben.
We had a tricky requirement to find a way of getting an extra bedroom upstairs with only a small width to play with at the side of our house.
We had previously tried to get planning but were unsuccessful, however Ben found a way. Price was in line with his quote and Ben was very communicative throughout the process of getting the plans approved.
Build process has just started, and we are really excited to see the finished product.
