I am an integratively trained counsellor, which allows me to draw from a range of perspectives and theories in order to meet your specific needs. I work from a relational perspective with an understanding of the multi-layered dynamic of human experience.

What do you love most about your job?
It is a privilege to work with my clients. Reaching out for support is a brave first step towards taking back some control and sharing that burden. I can offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we can work together towards gaining an insight into what you are experiencing. This often includes looking at how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us. By developing a strong therapeutic relationship, based on trust, we can work to understand what you seek from therapy and make changes to support your wellbeing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for over 2 years in a hospice setting and currently work in a holistic setting within a general hospital supporting clients and their carers. I have now decided to work in private practice in order to offer support to a wide range of clients looking for support.
Why should our clients choose you?
For me, counselling is not about fixing problems but changing your understanding and view of the problem, finding meaning in adversity and ultimately enabling you to work towards living in a way that you find more satisfying.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I work from my practices in Bagshot and Guildford and can also offer online support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid regulations are adhered to in both my practices.
