For the first month or so the same cleaner came every time and was fab - Eliza I believe. Since she left the company it has been a disaster. A no show twice with no communication or apology. The next session changed time on the day and was shortened to an hour with one cleaner and her friend and was charged the same (the friend did a lot of standing around asking what to do!). The final lady was very nice but again - 15 mins late with no head's up and left short of the two hours. Overall, the cleaners themselves are lovely but the head office seem to have no idea what's going on. Have cancelled my contract and will encourage others to avoid!! More...

I booked a 2 hour clean with Cavendish. What I got was a 1hour clean that they are going to invoice me for the 2. The cleaners didn't clean all the rooms either.
I rang Carl to question this, all I got was attitude from him. He didn't care that I was upset over this. I said I wanted to cancel my contract and he couldn't care less.
SHOCKING SERVICE I DON'T RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. Reply to this review was a long winded email to make me look stupid but sorry i am im the right, at the end of the email you put all im paying for is the 2 hours cleaning provided which was only 1 hour as id informed 11am till 12pm =1 hour!

Antiviral Fogging
Fogging is a specialised cleaning method, which involves spraying a fine mist of antiviral disinfectant solution to sanitise surfaces. This fine mist is then left to evaporate for 6 hours, to effectively kill viruses and other biological agents including bacteria and fungi that can settle on surfaces when an infected person coughs, sneezes, talks or touches the surface with contaminated hands. This is currently very popular as it is effective against COVID-19.
