From initial introduction, menu planning and right through to our event Paul made everything straightforward and personal to us. Paul catered for my wife’s 70th birthday celebration meal for 12 adults.
He regularly communicated with us when planning the menu, including dietary requirements and allergies.
The choice of starters, mains and desserts was incredible.
We paid a small deposit and the balance the day before the event.
Paul arrived on time, he was very polite, and professional. He brought his own grill and hot plates, served the sit down meal at the agreed time.
I had forgotten to cook the pizza and stuffed pasta for the kids and Paul stepped in and took on that additional task without a fuss.
After the three courses Paul cleared and cleaned up all the dishes.
His prices are very reasonable and we gave him a tip which he fully deserved. All of our guest commented how delicious all his dishes were.

Paul cooked for my family on Christmas Day and made the day extremely enjoyable and relaxing, and cooked amazing food. The process leading up to Christmas in terms of planning canapés, starters, mains and desserts was straight forward, with Paul sending through sample menus for us to to choose from.

Paul was extremely professional and the presentation of the food was amazing.

We were so pleased to have Paul and his team to help cater and prepare a four course meal for our Club's Christmas Dinner at the weekend, cooking for 46 Club members, attention to detail was amazing, catered for all our members covering their dietary and allergy requirements despite the limited kitchen facilities for him available at the hall. Paul was friendly, helpful and very professional as were his team at all times, just got on with the cooking leaving us to make final preparation and mix with club members. The food was wonderful, outstanding and well-presented and delicious. Everyone absolutely loved the food which was plentiful with many complimentary remarks given by members about Paul's catering throughout the evening. On completion Paul and his team cleaned up perfectly leaving the hall kitchen as found. We booked Paul to cater for my birthday party and from the first contact with him, I cannot fault anything. Every email was met with a follow up phone call and he came up with a choice of stunning buffet menus which he was happy to change around to suit our taste. We had two guests with dietary requirements and he faultlessly adjusted these dishes to suit and on the night clearly identified all dishes to my guests. The food was amazing and everyone was blown away with flavours of all the dishes and deserts which were out of this world. Paul and Steve produced an amazing three course meal for 19 within 2.5 hours of arriving at our house. They were responsive when we first posted, provided great looking sample menus, provided quotes that offered excellent value for money. Everything on the day ran smoothly, the food was perfection and they left our kitchen as they had found it. We had such a lovely meal made by Paul for my mums 60th birthday! Highly recommend!

Paul cooked for a group of 16 friends and family in honour of my husband’s birthday. We were staying in a holiday house in Westgate-on-Sea for the weekend. It meant we could maximise the short time we had together relaxing in the beautiful West Bay House. We put the banquet table to good use in an effortless manner due to the delicious fine dining experience Paul provided.

His 24hr gravy, excellent quality Angus beef, were the highlight for me, followed closely by the flavourful starters, beautifully presented and rich desserts. My kids gave the Fajitas the thumbs up and in my view they were better than restaurant quality.
