In my work as a Life & Communication Coach, I’ve the unique approach of blending ancient Yogic wisdom and practices with the learnings of my own transformative journey.
Before I started my work as a Coach, I’ve been working as a Yoga Teacher (and still do) for almost 8 years now. During the many Retreats and Teacher Trainings I held in Thailand and Europe but also through the group and individual classes I gave, I learnt a lot about the body-mind connection.
We move in habitual ways and patterns that reflect some of the core beliefs about ourselves and also show how we interact with the people in our life. Our bodies (just like our minds) get stuck in old patterns that can result in pain, discomfort and disease.
We hold stress and anxiety in our bodies, and may also be holding onto traumas, accidents and injuries we had in the past. It brings our bodies out of balance. When our bodies are out of balance, our mind and energy are out of balance as well. Everything is connected.
That’s why I believe it’s very important to not only work with our minds to release stories, to change behaviour patterns, become more calm and focused but to take the body into the process as well.
I’m always encouraging my clients and students in addition to our sessions to take care of their bodies, to move in whatever way feels good to them. It can be going on walks, dancing, running, doing Yoga, Pilates, or going to the gym (whatever works for you).
Movement is not only an important self-regulating tool but also helps to move the energy in your body and over time supports you to get stronger in all aspects of your life.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people. I’ve seen them arriving to class, on time, too late, stressed out, tense, nervous, curious and sometimes in serious lack of energy. Then we start to move, we start to breather with awareness and I see them coming back to life. I’m starting to see smiles. And sometimes tears finally ready to flow. And at the end of the class, when everyone is lying down in the final pose called “Shavasana”, I often see the big release that has been happening. The “coming home” like we often like to say. The coming home to yourself for a moment. Allowing yourself to rest and be. Something that we often deny ourselves in the business of everyday life.
To this date, nothing is more rewarding for me in my work as a Yoga Teacher and Life & Communication Coach than seeing people transform, being more at ease, feeling stronger again, confident, calm, relaxed, focused… sitting there in front of me, wether it is in a group setting or during an individual coaching session and I can see the momental shift that has been happening.
It’s important to me to create a safe space for my clients and students. A space where they feel supported, seen, heard and understood.
And even though a training or a retreat can help to create a really powerful momental shift, and can be a great reset, the true magic lies in the one on one work. From my years of experience as a facilitator of group events and my individual work with clients, I can honestly say: if you want to create a lasting change in your life, you’ll need to invest time in seeing a therapist, coach or mentor on a regular basis at some point in your life.
It’s one of the reasons why I’ve decided to start my work as a Coach and Mentor. I’m truly grateful to being able to support my clients in making positive changes in their lives, standing up for themselves, expressing themselves in a powerful way with heart, so they can create more loving, intimate connections with the people that surround them. And live their lives with more joy and purpose.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Through my continuous work with people since 2017, hosting trainings and retreats in Thailand and throughout Europe, but especially through my 1:1 Body Re-Alignment Sessions, I realised that I would like to work with people on an even deeper level.
What do I mean by that? Well, I could see that students would start opening up in the circles during the group retreats and trainings, which was a great first step but at the same time I also realised that this would actually be the moment to start having 1:1 sessions with them to be able to unpack what has come up and continuously support them on their journey of healing and growth.
A similar experience I made with the 1:1 Body Re-Alignment Sessions that I shared, where clients started to open up as we started to work with the body on a physical and energetic level.
One retreat, one training, one session is often not enough to really be able to make a change in your life. It’s just the beginning.
Through my own healing journey I know, that it can take a long time until you truly see the shifts happening in your life. And yes, this can be really frustrating and it may require a lot of patience from us. That’s why I’ve decided to start my work as a Coach, to support people on this journey of healing and growth, helping them to truly transform and eventually thrive in their life.
It can be very difficult to trying to do it on your own. I would even go as far as to say it’s impossible. We all need support in our lives.
Someone who’s already gone through what you’re currently experiencing.
Someone to guide you along the way and be the person in your corner who’s motivating you to keep on going and cheering you on.
Why should our clients choose you?
Life Coaching: I’m blending ancient wisdom together with my own transformative journey that started when I was an apprentice of my Yoga teacher for two years. He has been sharing the philosophy of Anahata Yoga since the late 1970s, so over 50 years. Since my time with my Yoga teacher, I was lucky to have worked and learned from many more teachers, mentors. Over the years, I’ve also added many tools to my toolbox that I use for myself but also in the work with my clients and students.
The ancient philosophies of this world hold so much wisdom but I also believe that we need to find ways to apply them into the modern way of living. The world has certainly changed in the last 4000-5000 years. Many things that have been applicable back then, might need to have a little adjustment to the minds, the bodies and energetic fields of humans today.
Before I started to work as a Life Coach, I’ve been working as a Yoga Teacher for almost 8 years now, hosting Teacher Trainings in Thailand and Mallorca, and have been giving regular group classes at the well known The Sanctuary Thailand and at Es Racó d’Artà in Mallorca. Additionally, I’ve worked with people in private sessions, giving Body Re-Alignment and Pranic (energetic) Healing Sessions.
Through this work, I’ve learned to read the body language of people really quickly.
A tight body often means a tight mind and also that this person has often built a wall around his or her heart, and is emotionally closed off.
When I see a person walking with a rounded back and the head turned down, I know that this person worries a lot.
A tight neck (on the sides and front) often means a lot of suppressed anger.
Immobile hips mean that this person has lost some of the playfulness in their life.

Working with so many clients over the years, I’ve learnt a lot about these connections.
In my sessions I intuitively guide and coach my clients, weaving ancient wisdom and practices like Meditation, Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) and Yoga Nidra (Sleep Training) together with more modern tools like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), the Havening Technique, De-Linking and many more.

Communication Coaching: Many Communication or Speaking Coaches solely focus on strengthening the voice in the here and now. They focus on a variety of skills and mindset, how to “empower yourself” and use the projection of your voice when speaking in front of a group or an audience.
But his is not enough, it can often make things actually worse and doesn’t create long lasting change.
Why?
The cause of many people having troubles finding their voices, showing up in the world, speaking up for themselves and setting firm but kind boundaries often lies in their childhood and teenage years.
Were you allowed to express yourself freely in the midst of your family? Were all feelings welcome?
How was your experience at school? Were you encouraged to speak your truth?
And how was it to speak in front of the class for the first time? Did your fellow students make funny comments or even laugh when you were nervous or made a mistake?
