After four sessions with Carol I feel more in control of my emotions and thoughts.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a business background, (I studied a MBA and worked in a corporate environment for years); but after suffering anxiety myself, I decided to take action and became so immersed in the mind. That led me on the journey to become a therapist.

Yes, I offer online sessions, hypnotherapy works well online, you can arrange your therapy session to take place from your home or work. We can do Skype, Zoom, Facetime etc..
