We started with Caring Homecare after a bad experience with the council carers. Going private was the best decision we made. The ladies who come to help my mum are amazing, so friendly and caring, are always punctual and they have great attention to detail. We are so glad we chose this agency to care for my mum who has advanced Dementia, as she seems more at ease now and is eating very well with the ladies that come over and is familiar with their voices. We are domiciliary care agency and we only provide our services in our clients’ homes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have made sure that we are all vaccinated and we test regularly every week to ensure we are all safe. All our carers are provided with enough PPE to protect themselves and our clients.
We also provide frequent infection and control training to all our staff members to make sure they are all up to date with all rules and regulations.

We offer support with strip wash, shower, getting dressed.
We also support with continence care.
Meal preparation
We offer support with preparing meals through the day (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner)

We assist with administering, prompt or supervise with medication

We offer support with light house work such as dusting, hoovering, cleaning and mopping.
