The team have been super easy to talk to in setting up home help for my elderly parents for the first. Sammi and Nicola took the time to meet the family and actively involved my parents in the discussion of what help in the home they wanted. Both my mum and dad were happy with the first session of help delivered this week. Both my parents are keen to remain as independent as possible in the home and Nicola has been very supportive of this in practice.
